RentJuice Taps TripIt.com Executive to Oversee Product Evolution

Alex Leary to Join Venture-backed Rental Marketing Software Provider as Director of Product

San Francisco, CA - July 14, 2011 – After two years steering product development at TripIt.com, the leading consumer travel organization tool acquired by Concur Technologies (CQNR) in February 2011, Alex Leary will join RentJuice as Director of Product, the company today announced. RentJuice is the pioneer of a software category called Rental Relationship Management (RRM) and is led by real estate insiders that developed the online platform that connects prospective renters, brokers and property managers to each other in real-time.

In the first quarter of 2011, RentJuice secured more than $6.2 million in financing, led by Highland Capital Partners with participation from Draper Fisher Jurvetson founder Tim Draper.

Alex Leary was most recently senior product manager at TripIt.com. He owned and implemented the product roadmap for paid premium service TripIt Pro, which drove the majority of TripIt’s revenue selling to business travelers and key partners like American Express, BCD and Concur Travel clients. From 2003 to 2007, he worked at Intuit, a leading provider of business and financial management solutions, where he led a technical and design team through multiple releases of Quickbooks. Leary earned his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and graduated Cum Laude from Harvard University with a degree in Government and International Relations.
